Reincome assesement of Grace Ayaa.

I Ndelo peter have carried out income assesement interview on my client's monthly

income and expenditures and find that she has four sources of income and a number of
expenses as below:


Sources of income

:Monthly salary ushs 600,000/=

Bussiness (Peanut butter) ushs 120,000/=

Total monthly income is: ushs 720,0000/=

MOTHLY EXPENDITURES:

Food ushs 140000/=

Transport ushs 20000/=

Medical ushs 20000/=

Dependants ushs 20000/=

House rent ushs 80000/=

Electricity bill ushs 15000/=

Water bill ushs 10000/=

Clothings ushs 20000/=

School fees ushs 150000/=

Total monthly expenditures is: ushs 475000/=

My client wishe to reapply for a loan amount of ushs 1000000 and I and her agreed that

she is capable of paying it in 8 months that is to say, ushs 150,000/= per month and
the difference between her monthly income and expendituers is ushs 245,000/=.
